I became interested in this industry because I wanted to create a better relationship between taxing authorities and taxpayers while portraying a better image of our taxing authorities and educating taxpayers.
I have nearly 14 years of experience in the property tax industry and Mennonite research. I founded the company partnered with SRI for client services in Louisiana. I have over 20 years of experience in call center operations, management, and customer service. I started at SRI as a business partner working with Louisiana clients. My relationship with SRI evolved into my current position as Business Development Specialist at SRI.
I became interested in this industry because I wanted to create a better relationship between taxing authorities and taxpayers while portraying a better image of our taxing authorities and educating taxpayers. I look for avenues to help taxing authorities, so they have time to focus on their many other daily tasks.
