Joe is also active in state and national associations and has answered the calls to make presentations to those groups regarding tax sale matters and online web-based tax sales.
Joe has over forty years of local and state government experience, having worked for the courts, towns, cities and state government since 1980. Since joining SRI in 2000, Joe has conducted thousands of tax lien auctions as a licensed auctioneer. Additionally, Mr. Edwards has drafted legislation, and testified in front of legislative committees in multiple states. He is also active in state and national associations and has answered the calls to make presentations to those groups regarding tax sale matters and online web-based tax sales.
Education:
Joe graduated from Ball State University, with a BA in Political Science and Latin. Additionally, Joe graduated from Indiana University School of Law. Joe is married, has four offspring and four grandchildren. Joe loves to travel and visit New York City where he enjoys Broadway, great food and drink, and cheering on his beloved Yankees in the Bronx.
