I take pride in the trust our clients have in us to help them navigate the ever-changing world of local government.
I joined SRI after graduating from Western Michigan University and began working on short consulting projects designed to help counties with temporary problems, most notably the Homestead Verification initiative. As Chief Experience officer, Zach overseas SRI’s customer experience that ranges from conversations with bidders at our live and online sales to working with counties and parishes to find the right resolution to any obstacle they may be facing.
 
Our clients frequently experience unique issues and I enjoy the challenge of gathering all the information and working together to identify the best possible solution. I take pride in the trust our clients have in us to help them navigate the ever-changing world of local government.
 
Outside of SRI, my favorite place to be is outside, whether it’s working a project around the house, enjoying a drink on the patio, or a bonfire by the lake, outside is the best place to be.
 
Favorite thing about SRI? Visiting all the small towns, seeing the court houses, and eating at the favorite local restaurant.
Favorite weekend activity? Going to Mullet Lake in the summer and spending time with my family.
Dream Vacation? Rent a motor home and drive across the country.
Top bucket list item? Seeing the northern lights.
Favorite Sport? To play lacrosse and to watch soccer.
